Wallows is Back and They're in Your Apartment
Repost from Tour Life Mag [defunct]

Indie rock trio Wallows just released their first new song in two years, with a promise for more soon. The Los Angeles group, composed of Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston, first teased their new music era at their Lollapalooza Aftershow in August of 2023. At the show, they played the single “Only Ecstacy,” which has still yet to be released. Two more new songs were played at their show at the Roxy Theatre in LA, both of which have yet to be released. With this rise in new songs, Wallows fans are sure to be in for an exciting year.
“Your Apartment” is an upbeat song with a strong drum rhythm and a simple yet entrancing guitar riff. The song details a relationship that has long been over, but seems to keep rebounding in unhealthy ways as the couple keeps going back to each other.
“Empathetic to you and your healing
Ask a friend if you still don't believe me
I've got stitches that I'm sewin' up too
So, it isn't fair to say, ‘I love you’”
This song is perfect for anyone who has been through a rough breakup or anyone who happens to be a fan of the indie rock/pop genre. The group also has a new merch drop for the single with clothing, a doormat, coasters, and a flexi-disc with a surprise song on the back.
Keep up with all Wallows updates on their new Instagram for information or on their website.
